Is our Shea Butter Refined?

However I am recently become aware of the importance of how natural ingredients are sourced and extracted, and although I know you are Soil Association Approved which is great I wondered about how some of the oils are extracted such as the Shea Butter , Jojoba, Sunflower Oil etc. I buy unrefined Shea Butter fairly traded from Ghana and noticed the smell and colour is very different to refined Shea Butter which was white and odourless, and also felt more like vaseline when put on the skin, as opposed to the more creamy unrefined one.

I would be very grateful if you could give me some more information on the oils used in the product, and it would help to add to my confidence in the product, which already seems to have worked really well for me!
