Transparency & Clarity
We are by no means zealots - but we are determined that everything we do is simple with every ingredient clearly described with no hidden 'nasties'. The fact that every product we make is 100% Organic and 100% Natural does make that pretty easy for us mind! When you study our products online, we have included a graphical list of all ingredients and lots of tips and uses by Glenda.
We are certified by the Soil Association so you know;
a) We have our ingredient and manufacturing process chain examined and verified each & every year.
b) Our product batches and tracing of these across every order is tracked.
Sharing of Knowledge
It is our hope that the Balm Balm site is fun, interactive, yet a reference site for anyone to find out more about all aspects of skin and bodycare.
Animals & all Cuddly Things
We do not believe in, or have ingredients that have been tested on animals - simple. Our product range is certified as such by the BUAV and endorsed by Naturewatch.

To be as Green as we can!
We are a family company and try to make as Green a footprint as possible with Balm Balm. We commute to the end of our garden by foot. We use recyclable packaging and are proud that from September 2009 - all new packaging will be from FSC approved source and that our manufacturer is a Carbon Neutral company. |

We are a family company and keep as much in-house as we can. Balm Balm is composed of a husband and wife team, Glenda & Haydn. Rest of family are Megan, Elliot & Liam. These are the voices that answer the phone.

of her skills and experience to give an
understanding of her knowledge and
experience with skincare.
Glenda Taylor is an aromatherapist, perfumer and natural formulation consultant. Glenda founded Balm Balm a 100% organic skincare company in 2005. Balm Balm is the result of Glenda's dream to create an affordable 100% organic skincare range with wide distribution and Soil Association certification. In 2007, Balm Balm won The Soil Association's Organic industry award for Best Organic Beauty and Bodycare product. Alongside Balm Balm Glenda has a Bespoke Perfume Service making one off Perfumes for individuals as well as ready to wear scents. One of Glenda's perfumes 'Angel Water' has recently won critical acclaim from Rocca Dove, both in The Mail on Sunday and The Green Beauty Bible, as one of his favourite natural fragrances. A thought sharted by Vogue UK, who declared Glenda to be one of their favourite aromatherapists!
Glenda was founder of Cariad Aromatherapy which was sold to William Ransom Plc at the turn of the centuary. With Cariad, she built up a reputation as a renowned aromatherapist and even Vogue Magazine UK declared her to be their Favourite! She has written two books and created the Cariad Academy which was ITEC Approved and ran courses ranging from massage to reflexolgy, reiki and oriental accupressure. She consults for many different companies and has created products for such as Lil-Lets, TIGI, Lexus, Arcadia, Little Me Baby Organics and Florarama.
